Richard Kushinsky

Richard Kushinsky is a former Supervising Workers' Compensation Judge in both Ocean and Atlantic Counties. He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1955 and the Boston University School of Law in 1958 with honors. Mr. Kushinsky retired from the bench in 1989 and quickly built what has become one of New Jersey's leading firms specializing in the practice of workers' compensation law.
Mr. Kushinsky prides himself on getting the absolute best results for his clients and consistently does so. He is known throughout the State as an expert in workers' compensation law and practice. He is a lifelong resident of Toms River and a fixture in the community.
